GO ArtsCategories: Music Theatre | Film & Video | Events & ExhibitsMusic Theatre | Altar Boyz • Oct 8 @ 8:00 pm Horizon Theatre Company (Atlanta - Little 5 Points, Grant Park, East Atlanta) N’Sync could learn some moves from this heavenly boy band, apostles of pop who praise the Lord with funk and rhyme. This long-running, critically-acclaimed musical comedy is the hilarious story of a
small-town Christian boy-band (with one nice Jewish boy). Matthew, Mark, Luke, Juan and Abraham are nearing the end of their “Raise the Praise” tour of church halls and picnics. Now they have their chance to break into the big time, bringing their soul-saving tour to Atlanta. Armed with sharp wit, sinfully spectacular dance moves and angelic harmonies, the Altar Boyz aim to rock the masses of all denominations. A hilarious, holy hit for the whole family!
